The origin of the 'Teddy Bear'
As folklore has it, teddy was born in 1902, when President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt was taking a well-deserved break on a shooting trip in Mississippi. When the local game failed to show up, aides captured and stunned a bear cub and offered it to Roosevelt to finish off. Deeming this "unsporting," the president declined. His act of mercy was caricatured in the next day's Washington Post. The cartoon caught the eye of New York sweet shop owner Morris Michtom, who asked his wife to make a toy "Teddy's bear" to go in the shop window by the drawing. Back came an anthropomorphised bear, a marketing coup so successful that within a year the Michtoms had shut up shop to start the Ideal Novelty and Toy company, now one of the largest in the world.

There are 2 ways to insert a New Object on your page

1. Hover over an object on the page to see the Object Menu, then select 'New'. Select the type of object and whether you want it positioned before or after the item that you had initially selected. Using this method will link the new object to the existing one so that it will always be in the selected position regardless of any changes in the browser size.

2. Select the New Object icon on the Page Control menu then select the type of object you require. You can drag the object into any position that you desire as it is in free format mode.
Organising your Files
350 pages has a File Manager that enables you to organise your files for maximum efficiency. As time goes by I'm sure that you will create lots of webpages so I advise that you organise your Files in Folders in the File Manager from the start. Perhaps put your Homepage in the top level and then create Folders to store your other pages, or various sections of the website, or maybe one for your 'graphics' and one for 'photos'. You can create as many Folders as you wish, including Folders within Folders, just as you can on a computer.
Promote your Website on and off the Web

The use of links and Search Engine submissions will help drive web traffic to your site but remember to tell everyone else about it. Print your Web Address (URL) on your Business Cards or tell your friends and colleagues about it. You need to spread the word that you have created an interesting and informative web site and a lot of traffic will come via word of mouth. Never be shy at telling everyone that you have a great Web Site.

Remember that having your own Domain Name is also important in creating the right impression and that goes for your email address too. Creating 350pages
